Yeah bike is good thanks - had colds recently but not been out much. Off to see Kim and Lynda next weekend so will take bikes for a spin around Kielder Forest!!

oh yeah, we really enjoyed riding with danny and rhys - helped me a lot and i was riding much better than i was on the video - trying lots of new things

cool - enjoy up in kielder, we're going to mick and elaines party this weekend, we'll be making a better video next time we go riding with dad as our personal photographer (he has a better camera).
